These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded via mae22.com.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Product Information

We do our utmost to represent our products as accurately as possible. Despite our care, colors, materials and details on screens may differ slightly from the actual product.

Minor differences in color, lace patterns or finish due to the production process are not considered a manufacturing defect.

3. Prices

All prices on our website are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Mae 22 reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable at the time of purchase will always apply to your order.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods offered during checkout on our website.

An order will be processed after payment has been successfully received.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Mae 22 reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious error, suspected fraud, misuse or if a product is unexpectedly unavailable.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

After shipping, you will receive a Track & Trace code, if available.

Mae 22 is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or other external parties.

The customer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address. Mae 22 is not liable for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrectly provided address details.

Orders that are not collected from a pickup point or are refused upon delivery will only be refunded after the order has been received by Mae 22. Any return and shipping costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.

7. Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the conditions below are met.

Bras

Bras can be returned when they:

are unworn and unwashed;
have all original labels attached;
are returned in the original packaging;
are free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, smoke, pet hair and other signs of use.

Panties

Panties cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused.

8. Exchanges

At this time, Mae 22 does not offer a direct exchange service.

Would you like a different size or color? Then return the item (if the item is eligible for return) according to our returns policy and place a new order via our webshop.

9. Sale & Promotions

Items purchased during a sale or promotional campaign can only be returned if they comply with our returns policy, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Discounts and sale prices are only valid during the stated promotional period. Once a promotion has ended, no further rights can be derived from it.

Price differences resulting from a later sale, promotion or price change will not be calculated or refunded retroactively.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.

Promotions, discount codes and other offers cannot be combined, unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Items

Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item?

Then contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@mae22.com.

Please state your order number and attach clear photos of the problem.

We will assess the situation as quickly as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution.

11. Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory warranty as determined by Dutch consumer law.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, incorrect washing or failure to follow the washing instructions.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on mae22.com, including text, photos, images, logos, designs and other materials, is the property of Mae 22 and is protected by intellectual property rights.

It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use this content without prior written permission.

13. Privacy

Mae 22 processes personal data carefully and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

14. Liability

Mae 22 is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss resulting from the use of our products or website, unless required by law.

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

15. Force Majeure

Mae 22 is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government measures, outages, transport problems or other force majeure situations.
